Exchange Protocol
Notice: Direct credit acquisitions are currently suspended. The policies below apply only to historical transactions processed prior to this suspension.
Galactic Thrones handles digital item transactions via secure networks. Please review our terms regarding refunds for legacy virtual credit acquisitions.
1. Digital Finality
When you buy a Nexus Credit (NC) package:
- The virtual currency is instantly instantiated and added to your command console balance display immediately upon payment approval.
- Because this purchase is a digital service delivered instantly, **all sales are final and non-refundable.** We do not offer cash value refunds or exchanges for unused credits once they have been delivered to your vault.
2. Billing Exceptions & Technical Discrepancies
We value fairness and want to make sure your transactions go through correctly. We will grant refund exceptions and correct balances under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: If your payment succeeded but the database engine failed to update your in-game Nexus Credit balance, please contact us immediately to have the credits manually provisioned or the payment refunded.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were double-billed due to a connection drop or transaction latency, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Unauthorized Activity: If you suspect fraudulent transactions on your card, report them through your payment provider. We will audit account access logs to verify and resolve the dispute.
3. Filing a Claim
To file a dispute or request assistance with a billing error:
- Send an email transmission to **[email protected]** within **14 days** of the transaction.
- Please include your in-game username (`Commander`), the email used at checkout, and your transaction date and reference details.
