Welcome to Galactic Thrones. By registering an account, initializing coordinates in our galaxies, or acquiring virtual game assets, you agree to comply with the following operational protocols.
1. Eligibility & Registrations
To register a command credential and occupy sectors in our galaxy map:
- You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required to consent to internet services in your country).
- You must provide a valid email address and maintain session security. You are solely responsible for all fleet actions and upgrades executed by your credentials.
2. Rules of Engagement & Fair Play
To keep multiplayer coordination competitive and engaging, all commanders must follow these restrictions:
- No Multi-Accounting: You may register and operate only **one active user profile per galaxy**. Operating multiple alt-stations to funnel resources, act as shield buffers, or manipulate ranking points is strictly prohibited and will result in coordinate bans.
- No Automated Operations: The use of external scripts, macros, auto-clickers, bots, or any client modifications that bypass manual input is an exploit. We provide official premium queue modules for convenience; third-party automation tools are banned.
- Chat Conduct: Communications in Global, Alliance, or Private Sub-space networks must be respectful. Harassment, excessive spam, hate speech, or sharing malicious URLs will result in broadcast suspensions.
3. Virtual In-Game Currencies & Items
Galactic Thrones allows you to obtain Nexus Credits (NC) to unlock perks:
- Nexus Credits are virtual in-game licenses. They have no real-world monetary value, do not accrue interest, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency or transferred outside the application.
- Your license to use virtual items and credits is subject to complying with these Terms. If your account is banned or terminated due to policy violations, all associated virtual currency licenses are revoked.
4. Limitations of Liability
We strive to maintain continuous uptime of the galaxy coordinates, database engines, and chat channels. However, Galactic Thrones is provided on an **"as is" and "as available"** basis.
We are not responsible for game progression losses, temporary database sync lags, fleet navigation misfires, or perk auto-renewal pauses caused by routine server maintenance, software updates, internet routing failures, or celestial disturbances.
5. Amendments
We may revise these protocols from time to time to address gameplay balance, database performance, or payment processor rules. Continued access to the game post-modification indicates your consent to the updated terms.
6. SMS Communications & Alerts
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS notifications, you consent to receive transactional notifications and account security links (such as password reset tokens) from Galactic Thrones.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message we send. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected].
- Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your account activity (typically only when requesting password reset links). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
